Metropolitan Mediation Services Training Refund/Cancellation Policy:

Registrations cancelled at least one week prior to the start of the training will be refunded, except  a $100.00 non-refundable deposit or processing charge.  No refunds will be given after the one week deadline, however, MMS may consider a qualified substitute, if one is proposed, or transferring credit to a future training.
