Massachusetts Court Mediation |
Metropolitan Mediation Services provides the services of trained mediators in the District Court, Boston Municipal Court, and Juvenile Court Departments of the Massachusetts Trial Court.
MMS is approved to provide these services under the procedures of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court's Uniform Rules on Dispute Resolution.
MMS is currently approved to provide services in the following court divisions:
- Brighton
- Brookline
- Charlestown
- Dorchester
- Newton
- Stoughton
- West Roxbury
- and in Juvenile Courts in Suffolk, Norfolk, and Middlesex counties.
The availability of mediation to plaintiffs, defendants, youths and their families in these courts allows disputes to be settled in a way that provides benefits to both sides and often preserves valued relationships.
